Onsite Rules
  • All bookings must end by Midnight. No Late night events. 
  • Leave space as you found it
  • All trash must be removed
  • Furniture pads/cardboard boxes required to protect floor from gear
  • Be respectful of the space and neighbors
  • No excessive noise/music
  • One security guard must be present for every 100 patrons
  • The selling of alcohol is absolutely prohibited. Serving Alcohol requires all guests to be invited 21+ and to be on a guest list and a licensed security guard must be present. 

The specifics of your event may bring up additional rules.

  • PopUp Shops
  • PopUp Art Shows
  • Filming 
  • Photography
  • No Parties
  • No DJs

Be sure to include in your booking request, hours for set up and take down before and after your event hours. Your access to the space begins and ends exactly at the time of your booking.
